Most low back pain is mechanical — joints, discs, and muscles that are not moving or loading well — and most of it responds to conservative care rather than imaging or medication. At Thomas Chiropractic in Roseville, your first visit is $60 and includes the consultation, exam, and first adjustment so you leave knowing what is actually going on.
Dr. Thomas examines how your spine and hips move before adjusting anything, and screens for the warning signs above. Care then focuses on restoring motion and getting you back to normal activity — which is what the evidence supports for most back pain.
Chiropractic adjustments for the lumbar spine and pelvis
Soft-tissue work for spasm and guarding
Movement and lifting guidance you can use at work
Flat-rate monthly care so frequency is about recovery, not billing

For mechanical low back pain without warning signs, conservative care including spinal manipulation is a reasonable first step. If your exam shows something that needs medical workup, Dr. Thomas will tell you and refer.
Usually not. Imaging is generally reserved for cases with warning signs or pain that does not respond to conservative care, because incidental findings are common and can be misleading.
First visit $60. After that, flat-rate monthly plans — Solo $120, Couple $200, Family $240 — with adjustments as recommended by Dr. Thomas and no insurance billing surprises.
