Thomas Chiropractic opened its doors in Roseville, California in 2005 with one simple mission: make excellent chiropractic care affordable, unhurried, and welcoming for families. After years working as an associate, Dr. Jared Thomas wanted a practice that didn't feel like a conveyor belt — somewhere patients were known by name, treatments were tailored, and the front desk felt more like a friend than a billing department.

From the start, the clinic was designed around the way real people live. Predictable flat-rate memberships replaced insurance roulette. Same-week openings replaced months-out waitlists. And the care itself — gentle, precise adjustments rooted in classical chiropractic technique — was offered without upsells, gimmicks, or surprise bills.
